COOKING AT ALTITUDE

I cook in the Mile High City (aka Denver).  I moved to Denver to attend Johnson & Wales.  We learned how to cook and bake 5,280 above sea level.  The altitude does affect some recipes but not all.  When I do make altitude adjustments, I will post both the sea level and altitude adjustments.
