Red Sauce

The BF asked what I wanted for dinner. I said I wanted Green Chile and he said it was too warm for green chile. So I asked him what he wanted because I knew he wasn't up for my green chile suggestion. He suggested lasagna. Lasagna sounded good. My Perfect Fried Rice

For years the perfect fried rice has eluded me. I mean I can cook most things and cook them well. But for some reason my fried rice tasted off. Something wasn't right. Peach Cobbler

I decided to make peach cobbler for the 4th of July weekend. It wasn't the height of the Palisade peach season but I was able to get some decent looking peaches at the store. I left with $20 in peaches. Was it worth it? After baking, the peaches were all mushy liked Del Monte cling peaches. No wonder...
