Peach Cobbler
I decided to make peach cobbler for the 4th of July weekend. It wasn't the height of the Palisade peach season but I was able to get some decent looking peaches at the store. I left with $20 in peaches. Was it worth it? After baking, the peaches were all mushy liked Del Monte cling peaches. No wonder...
