THE OTHER MALISA

I'm having too much fun with the color accent feature on my new Canon P&S.

I've been blogging for a long while now.  Even before blogging was popular (or easy).  My first blog started as an online journal on my Angelfire page.  (Who remembers Angelfire from Lycos?)  When xanga and livejournal came onto the scene, I created a xanga blog and manually moved all of my posts from Angelfire to xanga.  Xanga automatically organized all posts by date.  On Angelfire, I created an HTML page and edited it each time by typing the new date and entry on the top of the page and then saving it.  It was crude but it worked.)

When I was looking to start food blog to keep track of my recipes, I started searching for a new blogging and photo host.  I looked at WordPress and a few others but I eventually settled on Blogspot.  Imagine my excitement when Blogspot became Google and integrated with all my other Google accounts.

As for photo management, I've tried many.  I have a webshots account, a myphotoalbum account, a photobucket account, a Sony Imagestation account, and numerous others.  I'm currently using Picasa on Google but as my storage runs out, I am starting to reevaluate other options.

Below are links to some of my other online accounts:

Xanga: My personal online journal.  It is where I write most of my thoughts and observations about the world around me.  Caution: My most introspective thoughts come to me during some my loneliest moments so many of the posts are a bit disturbing.  My extremely private thoughts are marked private.

Picasa: I manage a lot of my personal photos here.
