I have no recipe to share today.
The above picture is of my latest batch of curry. I make a pretty darn good red curry. I really do. It is so good that I've actually had people grab the bowl and drink the leftover sauce. I make red curry at least once a month and it is never the same each time. I vary the ingredients based on what I find in the store and what I am in the mood for. This time I used chicken, butternut squash, potatoes, red bell peppers, bamboo and fresh Thai basil from my little balcony garden.
