Before taking me to the airport, Scott took me to eat at my favorite restaurant. I love the chicken mole at Casa Guadalajara. No one likes the restaurant except for my dear friend Scott. It is delicious. There is only a small amount of chocolate in the sauce. The chicken tenders are drenched in the yummy sauce and served with beans, the yummiest rice, and fresh handmade tortillas. As Phil would say, "it is an orgasm in your mouth".Excuse the quality of the picture. The picture was taken with my cell phone.
